I had the 2 Austin's. They were wonderful helpers and tried very hard especially Austin J. he was amazing. The only difficulty was that at times they had a hard time helping the students academically so after realizing that I gave them more task related things to do. I enjoyed having them work with my class.

Mrs. Gibbs has mentioned an area that we will have to pay more attention to next year: better preparation for assistance in the students' subjects. The kids were eager to help, but I need to find out what the teacher's needs are for the kids in academics and help them prepare and strategize how to meet those needs. That way we would provide a more valuable service to our school.
